Genetics Project Specialist at Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC), Abu Dhabi - UAE
Dr Hinda Daggag is a Genetic Projects Specialist at Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC), Abu Dhabi. She received her PhD in Genetics in 2009 from Melbourne University, Australia, with her thesis focusing on Disorders of Sexual Development. Soon after obtaining her PhD, Dr Hinda moved to Amman, Jordan where she was managing a Genetics Diagnostic Laboratory at the National Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Genetics (NCDEG). While at NCDEG, her research interests were related to Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) and Turner Syndrome. Furthermore, she devoted her time counseling patients affected by various genetic disorders.
In November 2012, Dr Hinda joined ICLDC Research Department where she is currently involved in a number of genetics projects and oversees the running of ICLDC Repository.
